International Calling to Canada and Puerto Rico is automatically enabled because calling phone numbers in those countries are included with each Elevate license. Countries that will incur additional costs are not enabled by default to protect you. Additionally, we will automatically block calls to several countries if a threshold is met because that might indicate your account has been compromised.
